As an instructor, you will guide learners through project-based courses on evenings or weekends, while also helping to develop course curricula to ensure they are learning the latest skills and techniques in their field. How mentoring work?

As a mentor with GTA, you will be matched with mentees and become familiar with the curriculum in order to guide them through the course

In addition, you will review project work for approximately 15-20 minutes per mentee outside of regular calls

During regular calls, you will provide assistance with the curriculum, share industry insights, and advise on career paths

Application process

Show off your experience, technical ability, and interests on your application form

Final Interview
If you pass the video interview, you will participate in a final interview with our team. We will evaluate your performance based on our current mentee needs

Video interview
If your application is selected, we will schedule a video interview to assess your skills, communication ability, and passion for your field
